With full margins, in good condition apart from three tiny spots of in-painting in 'The United States of America' and one in 'The Great Seal', possibly added at the time of production. Some small spots of rubbing in the unprinted area, visible only on close inspection. (A short horizontal crease at upper extreme sheet edge at center.)
