Condition:

The plans are in good condition, consistent with age and wear. The glassine sheets are visibly creased; one has a few scattered short tears at the lower edge. The ground plan on wove paper has also a few stronger creases and a number of short tears along the edges that have been supported from the reverse. Besides, there are a number of needle holes throughout
