Condition:

top slides to open; table is in fair condition, there is a slight wiggle to the table; top when extended is in overall very good condition with little signs of wear or fading at all; when closed the top has heavy to moderate wear throughout; there are 3 black 0.5 inch sized circles to one corner of the top, several water rings throughout, moderate to heavy fading of the finish throughout; the hinges are all intact and in working order
