Condition:

The work is in very good condition. The canvas, seven-member stretcher and attachments appear to be in good condition. There are a few fine drying cracks in places, originating from the artist’s studio. There are a few cracks to the blue passage in the upper left quadrant. There are a few minute broken impasto peaks to the extreme lower right vertical edge, minor rubbing to the upper right corner, and pinpoint accretions to the upper left corner and at lower center, visible only upon close inspection. When examined under ultraviolet light, there is no indication of inpainting.
