Condition:

Sheet is hinged at two points along top edge to the mat. Under Plexiglas. The sheet is very clean and in good condition. Light scuff lower right corner in carpet area (difficult to see through Plexiglas). Two more light scuffs left side (one in armchair, other on shelf behind chair and also difficult to see through Plexiglas). Vertical rubbing mark which appears to be from printing process on left side over armchair.
