Condition:

Structure: The canvas appears original and unlined. The work is stretched. Surface: There is a horizontal seam running through the middle of the work where the canvas has been joined, the is clearly visible on the reverse. On close inspection, there appear to be light stretcher marks along the edges of the work, resulting in minor paint loss to the edges. There is a slight bump to the canvas visible in the upper left hand corner of the work, as well as some minor warping to the canvas along the right hand side, visible on close inspection . The work exhibits three areas of possible minor repair. An example of this can be found near the left edge of the work, and the patchwork is clearly visible on the reverse. The work appears to be in a good and stable condition.
