On the reverse the artist's label with the object's description and work number: WR (O) 67 017. There, signed with pen and black India ink: Klaus Staudt. Below this, inscribed, titled, signed and dated in pencil: WVZ 1/454 "Huldigung an Albers 4" Klaus Staudt 1977 (here, signed at a later date '98)
