Condition:

Framed: a. 37.8 by 42cm., 14? by 16½in. a. Les Voleurs d'art: Executed on cream wove paper, attached to the mount in two places along the upper edge. Three of the four edges are unevenly cut. There is a diagonal crease to the upper right corner and some light paper skinning to the reverse of the sheet towards the upper edge in two places. The edges of the sheet are very slightly undulating. There are some light nicks to the upper edge and a few faint creases and marks to the sheet as a result of age and handling. This work is in overall very good condition. b. Homme qui pose: Executed on a sheet of cream note paper and attached to the mount in two places along the upper edge. The left edge is unevenly cut. There is a supported diagonal repaired tear (approx. 6.5cm.) and small supported loss to the left edge with a further repaired horizontal tear along the upper edge. There are a few flattened creases including a vertical line to the composition, a horizontal line to the upper edge and a further diagonal lines. There are some light surface stains in places. The sheet is slightly time stained. There is a further sketch to the verso. This work is in overall good condition. c. Ex-libris: Executed on a sheet cream note paper with a light red border and attached to the mount in two places along the upper edge. The left edge is torn. There is an artist's pinhole to three of the four corners. There is a repaired tear (approx. 2.5cm.) to the upper right edge. There are some flattened creases in places, some thumb prints and some light paper skinning to the verso as a result of age and handling. This work would benefit from a clean and is in overall good condition.
