Materials:

Pen and black ink and point of the brush and grey wash over traces of black chalk

Measurements:

8.27 in. (21.00 cm.) (height) by 14.37 in. (36.50 cm.) (width)

Condition:

Window mounted. Overall in fairly good condition. Light staining in the upper section of the sheet and a small repaired hole at the lower margin near the right corner of the sheet. Otherwise pen and ink and wash remains strong and vibrant. "In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above.
