(Probably) Jan Jansz. Orlers (1570-1646), Leiden: listed in his 1640 inventory as portraying the keeper of the almshouse with a skull in his hand ('de coster vant Gasthuys meet een Dootshooft in den arm'). Barton Booth (1681-1733), and by descent to his widow, Hester Booth, née Santlow (c. 1690-1773), and by descent to her grandson,. Edward Eliot, later Craggs Eliot (1727-1804), 1st Baron Eliot of Saint Germans, and by descent at Port Eliot.
