Condition:

framed; painting is generally in very good original condition with no canvas damage or repairs, not lined, there is a very faint impression in the canvas just above the central island visible as a tiny dot but this is not a canvas tear, paint is all very stable with no craquelure and apparently in clean condition; stretcher canvas and frame are all original to the painting, frame has a very small chip on the edge in the top right hand corner which needs repair no other damage
