The following condition report has been provided by Simon Parkes Art Conservation, Inc., New York, an independent restorer who is not an employee of Sotheby's: This work is painted on a panel made from a single piece of wood. The panel is flat, and the paint layer is stable. The painting is clean. Two tiny retouches are visible under ultraviolet light in the right side of the sky. The work should be hung in its current state. Framed Dimensions: 12 by 17 in. (30.5 by 43.2 cm.)
