Condition:

The canvas appears original. There is some extremely minor abrasion to the extreme corners of the work. There is a tiny area of fine-lined craquelure to the upper left corner, only visible under close inspection. There is a small very faint scuff towards the upper left corner. There is some light surface dust and a few small instances of surface matter to the surface of the work. This excepting, the work appears in excellent overall condition. Inspection under Ultraviolet light reveals a few instances of fluorescence and spot retouching, largely towards the extreme edges. These have been very sensitvely executed.
