Condition:

Condition: The work is in overall good condition. The canvas is well stretched and sound with some slight corner draws. Upon closer inspection, some faint craquelure across parts of the horizon background with some more pronounced circular ones to the left leg. There is a small loss of media to the top right corner along with some visible rub and dirt marks and other minute losses of media on the bottom left and right hand corners. Some rubbing marks alongside the left and right edges with further stretcher marks due to the stretcher hitting the canvas. There are two media accretions in the lower right hand side and the upper left hand side of the fabric. Some light retouching to small parts of the canvas alongside the edges where the handling marks appear under the UV light.
