Condition:

This work is in good and sound condition overall. All wood and metal elements are secure and accounted for. The work presents an aged appearance overall which is appropriate. Intermittent very fine lines of craquelure and spots of wear are present throughout the dotted panel. Faint spots of foxing and handling marks are present throughout the white panel. A few fine lines of craquelure and larger areas of media loss are present on the outward edges of the white panel. The metal presents oxidation overall which is consistent with its age, but it is stable and secure. The work could be hung as-is.
