Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The canvas is unlined. The pigments are bright and fresh. There are three pindot losses in the upper left quadrant, and another in the dusty purple element in the center right area. The pigment has been applied in such a way that there are multiple pindot bumps, which is inherent to the artist's process. Under UV light: one area of inpainting approximately 2 inches long along the bottom edge right, in the brown pigments between the two men's feet. Framed: 27? by 31 in. (70.3 by 78.7 cm.)
