Condition:

The work has been examined framed. The canvas is not lined and slightly loose. Examination under UV light reveals a possible dot of old retouching to the extreme lower part of the left edge. There is an horizontal line (approx. 10cm long) of irregularity to the canvas in the upper right corner. There are a few stable lines of craquelure in places, most predominately in the white pigment. There are a few dots of dirt ingrained to the varnish and flyspots scattered. This work is in overall very good condition and could benefit from a light clean.
