Inscribed on the stretcher Formentlig Abraham van Diepenbeeck
Condition:
Glue relined. Large L-shaped tear in the lower right quadrant ( 5 x 4 inches); Repaired hole next to Saint Joseph (at right). Diagonal scrape (1.5 inches long) on cloak of the shepherd to the left of center. Area of repair on the extended knee of this same figure. Several other areas of repair; some contours possibly reinforced.
