Julian Novorol was born in 1949 and has always lived on the Essex coast. Being keen on nature, Julian’s interest in ducks grew when he began wildfowling in 1963. His enthusiasm for the sport led him to try to recapture on canvas, scenes from his forays to the marshes near his home.
