Charlottenborg 1853 no. 173 med the following description (in danish): Storm on the west coast of Jutland. A scene from Lønstrup. A stranded ship is being observed from the sand hills, while attempts are made at the beach to help the victims.

Acquired 1857 in Copenhagen by LL.M., chamberlain Carl Ruge (1831-1909), Norway. His descendants until now.
