Ses POF (Prototypes dObjets en Fonctionnement) sont des objets dots dun nouvel usage qui offre en premier lieu une utilisation ludique. Derrire ces objets se cache pourtant la volont de lartiste doffrir la possibilit au spectateur de ne pas se limiter une approche contemplative de luvre mais bien de se lapproprier. He has been an Officier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres since 2012, and was elected to the Acadmie des Beaux-Arts in 2018, in the chair of Chu Teh-Chun. The artist was also awarded a Golden Lion at the Venice Biennale in 1997. His POFs (Prototypes d'Objets en Fonctionnement) are objects with a new use, which are primarily playful. Behind these objects, however, lies the artist's desire to offer spectators the possibility of not being limited to a contemplative approach to the work, but to appropriate it. Another swing from the POF series can be found in the collections of the Centre Pompidou in Paris
