Yasu Eguchi. He was born in 1938 in Japan and studied at the Horie Art Academy. He starts a painting by soaking, stretching, and taping the paper according to the style of the traditional Japanese calligrapher. He begins painting once the paper dries and he does not sketch beforehand or use photographs, relying only what he visualizes in his mind.
