Andreas Wargenbrant (1967) is primarily known for his sculptural works in bronze and marble. As an autodidact , he has always stood on the side of formal education , and the institutional framework . He works in a postmodernist tradition and explores sculpture’s origin. With clear associations with the wooden horse , he questions one of our most beloved national symbols and stand in wonder before what we perceive as Swedish .
